The Little Cloud Who Shared

A fluffy cloud learns that sharing rain makes everyone happy.

High up in the sky, there lived a little cloud named Puffy. Puffy was small and round and very, very white.

One sunny day, Puffy floated over a garden. The flowers looked sad. Their petals drooped down. "We are so thirsty," said the sunflower.

Puffy looked at the flowers. Puffy had lots and lots of rain inside. But Puffy was scared. "If I give my rain away, I will get smaller!"

Then Puffy saw a tiny daisy. The daisy was the smallest flower. It had no water at all. Puffy felt something warm inside. It was love.

"Here you go, little daisy," said Puffy. And Puffy let some rain fall. Drip, drip, drip!

The daisy stood up tall. The sunflower smiled. All the flowers danced in the rain! "Thank you, Puffy! Thank you!"

Puffy was smaller now, but Puffy felt bigger than ever. Sharing felt wonderful!

That night, the moon winked at Puffy. "You did a good thing today, little cloud." And Puffy fell asleep, happy and warm, floating gently across the starry sky.
