If Little Voice Club isn’t right for your family within the first 14 days, we’ll refund your subscription in full. No questions, no friction.
How to request a refund
iOS (App Store subscription)
Tap Request Refund in the app (Parent Zone → Subscription), or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Your request will be approved.
Refund timing: Apple typically processes within 24–72 hours. The refund appears on your original payment method per Apple’s schedule.
Android (Google Play subscription)
Tap Request Refund in the app (Parent Zone → Subscription), or visit play.google.com → Account → Order history.
Refund timing: Google typically processes within 24–72 hours. The refund appears on your original payment method per Google’s schedule.
Web (Razorpay subscription)
Email hello@littlevoice.club with the subject “Refund request”. We refund directly to your card.
Refund timing: 5 business days from the email.
Founding members
Founding members get their first month free, then 50% off all subscriptions thereafter for the lifetime of the subscription. The same satisfaction guarantee applies — if Little Voice Club isn’t right for your family within the first 14 days, we’ll refund any amount paid in full.
What “no questions asked” means
We mean it. We don’t ask you to justify your decision. We don’t require a phone call. We don’t make you fill out a survey before processing the refund. We do offer an optional single dropdown to help us improve — but it never blocks your refund.
After a refund
Your subscription is set to cancelled. Paid features (Kid Zone, Miss Tara AI chat, online multiplayer, achievements, BrainPower) revert to free-tier behavior immediately on your next sign-in. Free content (stories, podcasts, songs, jokes, loop videos, the gallery, parent feed) remains available.
