Terms of Service

Welcome to Little Voice Club! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Little Voice Club website at littlevoice.club, the Little Voice Club mobile application, and all related services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
What changed in Version 2.0: added explicit subscription terms (auto-renewal, cancellation, refunds), the 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee, and the disclosures Apple requires for apps offering auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store.
1. Who Can Use the Service
The Service is intended for families with children. Parent or guardian accounts must be created by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Children may use the Service only under the supervision of a registered parent or guardian, in the Kid Zone surface. A 4-digit Parent PIN gates the return path from the Kid Zone back to the Parent Zone (and other sensitive parent-side actions), so a child cannot leave the Kid Zone or change family settings without a parent unlocking it.
2. Account Registration
You register by signing in with your Google account or with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your Parent PIN. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by your children within the Kid Zone.
3. Child Profiles
You may create profiles for your children within your family account. You represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child for whom you create a profile, and that you consent to their use of the Service under your supervision.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or family data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
- Upload or transmit harmful content, including malware or offensive material.
- Share your family code with individuals who are not members of your family or household.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service — including stories, games, illustrations, songs, podcasts, characters, and educational materials — is owned by Little Voice Club or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and use this content for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
6. User-Generated Content
If you or your child submit content to the Service (such as artwork for the gallery), you grant Little Voice Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service and on our social media channels. Artwork submissions are made through the Little Voice Club app and are subject to the additional Gallery Submission Terms shown in the in-app submission flow.
7. BrainPower Virtual Currency
BrainPower points are a virtual reward system within the Service. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, purchased, sold, or transferred outside the Service. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or discontinue the BrainPower system at any time.
8. Subscriptions (Family Premium)
Most of the Service is free. The Family Premium subscription is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks Kid Zone access (Brain Power, certificates, achievements), Miss Tara AI chat, and online multiplayer games for your whole family.
8.1 Plans, length, and pricing
Family Premium is offered in two tiers, each available in four cadences:
- Family — the standard tier. Cadences: monthly, quarterly (3 months), semi-annual (6 months), and annual (12 months).
- Founding Family — a discounted launch tier available while founding spots remain. Same four cadences, with a free introductory period before the first paid renewal.
The current price for each cadence is shown at the point of purchase inside the app (the Subscribe screen) and on the App Store / Google Play product listing for your storefront. Prices are presented in your local currency where supported. The displayed price is the price you will be charged at checkout. Depending on your storefront’s display rules, the displayed price may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (GST in India, VAT in the EU/UK, sales tax in the United States, etc.). Where the storefront displays an exclusive price, the tax amount and final total are shown on the store’s confirmation step before payment.
8.2 Auto-renewal and cancellation
Family Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price for the same subscription cadence.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS / iPadOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Little Voice Club.
- Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Little Voice Club.
- Web (Razorpay, India): contact us at hello@littlevoice.club to cancel a web subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. Cancellation does not generate an automatic refund of the current period; see section 8.4 for refunds.
8.3 Free trials and introductory offers
If a plan is offered with a free trial or introductory offer (for example, the Founding Family free month), the offer terms are shown on the Subscribe screen at the point of purchase. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.
8.4 Refunds and the 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee on new Family Premium subscriptions. If you’re not happy with the Service in your first 14 days, write to us at hello@littlevoice.club and we will help you obtain a refund through the channel that applies to your purchase. Refund mechanics depend on the channel through which you purchased. The time it takes for the refund to actually appear on your payment method is governed by the channel and (for the web flow) by the payment rails involved — we do not control these external timelines:
- App Store (iOS / iPadOS). Apple processes the refund per its own policy and timeline. We cannot issue an App Store refund ourselves; we can only assist by providing the information you need to file the request through Apple. The decision and the time for the refund to appear on your payment method are entirely controlled by Apple — Apple typically processes within 24–72 hours, but we cannot guarantee it.
- Google Play (Android). Google processes the refund per its own policy and timeline. As with the App Store, we can assist with the request but cannot issue the refund ourselves. Google typically processes within 24–72 hours, but the timing is at Google’s discretion.
- Razorpay (web subscriptions, India). We initiate the refund directly through Razorpay within 1 business day of receiving your request. Once initiated, the time for the refund to land on your card or UPI account is governed by Razorpay’s processing time and your bank’s settlement schedule — typically 5–10 business days end-to-end. We initiate; Razorpay and your bank deliver. We do not control the latter two.
8.5 Price changes
If we change the price of an active subscription, we will notify you in advance through the App Store or Google Play (per their notification rules) and give you the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel before the next renewal. Section 8.6 below carves out the Founding Family tier.
8.6 Founding-tier price lock-in
If you subscribed during the Founding Family launch cohort, your subscription price is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription and is not subject to the price-change provision in §8.5. We will renew your subscription at the founding rate at each cadence boundary as long as the subscription remains continuously active.
The founding rate cannot be reinstated if your subscription lapses for any of the following reasons, and any new subscription you start afterwards will be billed at the then-current Family-tier price:
- You cancel and a billing period passes without you re-subscribing.
- A renewal payment fails and the store closes the subscription per its own grace-period rules (Apple: up to 60 days; Google: up to 30 days).
- You change Apple ID / Google account / region in a way that detaches the subscription from your family account.
- You request a refund of the founding-period purchase and the refund is granted.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or changes to the Service.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Voice Club and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to the Service. Termination does not automatically cancel an active store-billed subscription — you must also cancel through the App Store or Google Play to stop future renewals.
14. Apple App Store — Additional Terms
The terms in this section 14 apply only when you obtain or use the Little Voice Club mobile application from the Apple App Store. They are required by Apple Inc. for apps offered through the App Store and do not modify any other section of these Terms.
- Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Little Voice Club only, and not with Apple. Little Voice Club, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Little Voice Club application and its content.
- Scope of License. The license granted to you for the Little Voice Club application is a limited, non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Maintenance and Support. Little Voice Club is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Little Voice Club application. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the application.
- Warranty. Little Voice Club is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Little Voice Club application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application.
- Product Claims. Little Voice Club, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to the application or your possession and/or use of that application.
- Intellectual Property Rights. In the event of any third party claim that the application or your possession and use of the application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Little Voice Club, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
- Legal Compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Developer Contact Information. Questions, complaints, or claims regarding the application should be directed to: hello@littlevoice.club.
- Third Party Terms of Agreement. You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the application.
- Third Party Beneficiary. You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third party beneficiary hereof.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we publish a new version we bump the version number shown at the top of this page and update the effective date. Material changes will additionally be surfaced inside the mobile app via a re-acceptance prompt. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The additional terms in section 14 are required by Apple Inc. and apply only to App Store distribution.
